PC BF3: Titan Forged is looking for more!

Titan Forged is a serious gaming clan. Currently, we are undergoing major roster re-adjustments and are looking to fill 9 core member positions and 12 member positions. This includes 2 Captain positions - which will be distributed to members who exhibit exceptional organizational and leadership qualities. We will be considering prospective members based on the following criteria:

Dedication
- We are looking for players who are dedicated to the team. Members are expected to make atleast two practices a week, usually held on Wednesday and Friday at 7pm (EST). In addition, members should be available Sunday from 7pm to 10 pm (EST) for clan matches.

Communication
- Members are required to have TS3 and a mic/headset. We want players that employ effective communication skills in stressful situations. Including the ability to listen and follow direction.

Flexibility and Specialization
- Players should be comfortable in a variety of roles and classes within the game. However, players that are specialized and extremely skilled at one particular class are considered valuable members of the team; however, we cannot over stress the importance of team orientated gameplay in Titan Forged. In short, we want members who can contribue to the team in ways which other people cannot.

Maturity
- Members should be serious players who also know how to have fun. Everyone wins and loses at some point.

Skill
- Members should posses a high degree of coordination and intelligence to add to the success of the team.
