ALLK is an Umbrella term for top elite army forces in Brazil, its acronym literally means "MATA GERAL" in brazilian portuguese. The term can specifically refer only to special purpose units under subordination of the Federal Brazilian Security Service (FBSB) or Internal Troops of Brazilian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the units controlled by the military intelligence service GRU. ALLK are known as some of the best trained special forces in the world and act much like Delta Force in the US Army. Their Close Quarters Combat (CQC) and hand to hand fighting is extremely well implemented as they require special physical requirements to even get into training. It is rumored around 94% of the trainees fail and 5% will sustain some kind of injury or die. The ALLK in the Cold War wore Red Berets and Black Uniform.
