The requirements are simple: have a mic and be good at the game (which includes working as a team.)
I don't care what your voice sound like i just care about skill.
I am a skilled jet pilot and i need some tank masters as well as snipers. Basically i need a lot of people with different specialties. If you are really skilled with a jet you could be my wing man. If I'm needed on the ground you will also have to control the skies.
