We do have our own server, Needs player to fill her up. Look for 535 server.
We do not consider ourselves elitist, we just enjoy having fun and working together to complete the mission. If this is what your looking for in a platoon, put a application in. We do however require members to be at least 16. Although special consideration may be granted to players younger if they meet our criteria.
Platoon set up:
I ask that you pick a few squads and stick to them, however be flexible you may need to be moved for that round or so depending on the teams needs.
Fire team Alpha: Our Fast mover squad, comprised of 3 assault, 1 support.
Fire team Bravo: AT squad. 2-3 engineers and 1 support.
Fire team Charlie: Support team. 2 support, 1 engineer, 1 assault.
Fire team Delta: Sniper team, 4 snipers.
may have 2 teams of 2 for different tasking.
Fire team Charlie: Will be vehicle assault group comprised with Tanks, LAR, AAV, Jeeps
Fire team Echo: Air attack: Little birds, venom for QRF team insertion, with Attack helo for support
We have no fixed wing teams because they are pointless for our team.
work with your selected squad to build team cohesion. also it will keep you together and put more fire power on enemy targets. You will know what your mission is and wont be wondering around the battlefield.
Above all, have fun because thats why we all play this game. Listen to leadership and get promoted within this team.
Marines are about the most "Peculiar Breed" of human beings I have ever witnessed. They treat their service as if it were some kind of cult, plastering their emblem on almost everything they own, making themselves up to look like insane fanatics with haircuts to ungentlemanly lengths, worshipping their commandant almost as if he was God, and making weird animal noises like a band of savages. They'll fight like rabid dogs at the drop of a hat just for the sake of a little action, and are the cockiest SOB's I have ever known. Most have the foulest mouths and drink well beyond man's normal limits, but their high spirits and sense of brotherhood set them apart and generally speaking, of the United States Marines I've come in contact with, are the most professional soldiers and the finest men I have had the pleasure to meet.
