Funky Monkey Clan
Platoon Presentation
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FUNKY MONKEY CLAN ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fed up of playing with squads full of mutes or people in private parties, who do their own thing and concentrate ontheir own agendas with no regard for the success of the squad or the team? Battlefield 3 is a beautiful game in all respects, but one of its most rewarding aspects is the team/squad based elements. You don't have to be the MVP,but a fine-tuned, well-oiled and dedicated squad can overcome any opposition. This will in turn maximise your personal rewards, SPM etc.
That is what the Funky Monkey Clan is all about...
We speak English, are Europe based (although we welcome all nations) and play Hardcore Mode only for max. realism. No skill requirements here, although the higher the better (current members average 440 SPM). We do ask a minimum amount of maturity, but not too much. We still like to goof around...
Unleash the Funky Monkey hiding inside you! Join now!
USEFUL INFORMATION:
The most important weapon on the battlefield is intelligence. Knowledge of the AO (Area of Operations), knowledge of the enemy and above all knowledge of self and knowledge of one's kit. "This is my rifle. There are many others like it, but this one is mine..." - Sound familiar.
Therefore I strongly recommend you take a look at these two websites which contain LOTS of useful information. As you can see they do differ slightly and that is perhaps due the tests being done on different builds of the game. However, they give a very good indication of the differences between each weapon amongst many other things.
The first has excellent info like Time to Kill (based on Normal mode i.e. 100hp and not 60hp on Hardcore):
but it does not take kick and accuracy into account, therefore the second one is very useful for that:
Excellent job done on both studies, but it really shows some people have far too much time on their hands...
