I do appreciate that you feel like this ticket should not be closed as your issue regarding your Platoon status is not resolved for you. However, as I have mentioned to you already, we do not get involved in Platoon politics and if your account has been removed from a Platoon due to it being hacked it is very unfortunate.

But it is not up to us, to decide if you should continue to admin your Platoon, this is something you will have to discuss with the current Platoon leader and its members.

As mentioned above and in my previous emails, I have already contacted our Expert Team that are in direct contact with the Studio and they have as well stated that we do not wish to get involved in Platoon politics. Please do understand that we can not force somebody to give up is current status, although he has gained it due to your account being hacked.

Please discuss this matter with your Friends and your Platoon lead. I'm sorry for your situation, but I am going to have to end this discussion. Please contact us again if you still need assistance regarding a different matter.
