The best way to represent TTX is to simply add TTX to the end OR start of your name as COLOUR, NEEBUS and I have done.
On another hand, All members are more than welcome to recruit more members. Just refer them to Colour or I. If we're not available Lerroy is capable of doing the job.

If you want the 4th and 5th spot for leader, just do good work for us all.

All leaders are designated Squad Leader in-game. Any squads without a leader in them are all to be free-run by the people in the squad. It helps to have a few headless snakes keeping the coil tight.
