To join you need no recommendation or anything like that. You join, you have to fight in teams. As soon as we get more players, we're making squads and fighting the way BF3 was meant to.
If you play support, you defend everyone and provide mortar fire, engineers take care of any vehicle, snipers watch out no one bothers us from a distance and assault takes care of the casualties. It will work.
