Harmonized
Platoon Presentation
Harmonized is defined as: An agreement through action, sense, or feeling. Meaning we should think, act and deal with situations with the same approach.
I made this for fun so for now it's not meant to be competitive. But I am interested in what kind of roster we can form up to win as many games as possible.
The reason for this was an attempt to filter out any Rambo wannabe or CoD player from trying to be a hero. It's all about respecting everyone's individual talent and utilizing those specific strengths to their full potential.
If you ever want to gain the upper hand it’s important to think and act as a unit instead of a one man army, which is simply what I'm trying to imply here.
Skill can only get you so far, its strategy that throws off your enemy. So if you end up resupplying every one of your squad mates regularly, take out a couple tanks with some C4 and capture flags during the whole match but end up going 5-15... it doesn't mean anything, you did a lot to add to a win and that's what really matters.
That doesn’t mean you have to be attached to one another every waking moment, but it greatly increases your chances of success if you capture objectives together as opposed to being alone.
It’s also important we recognize who’s contributing the most progress throughout the match and keep the momentum going for that particular player of the game. The top player sets the pace so we need to ensure our stride is maintained through solid teamwork. We all get hot and cold in terms of success which is why we feed off the top player and all their efforts.
Most importantly, while in this platoon don’t regard yourself a better player than the next. It’s only what team is better than the next, and that’s what we focus on.
Since this is a "squad" oriented platoon, we'll be competing in “squad” specific game types as well.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Favoured game types:
*Conquest*
Players: 24 (12 vs.12)
Focus: Objective based all out warfare
Goal: Capture and maintain flags
*Squad Rush*
Players: 8 (4 vs. 4)
Focus: Squad based, infantry oriented
Goal: Attack/defend M-COM stations
*Squad Deathmatch*
Players: 16 (4 squads of 4)
Focus: Squad based, infantry oriented
Goal: Be the first squad to reach 50 tickets
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Requirements:
1. K/D is important, but coordinating as a team is more crucial.
2. Limit the recon class from your choice list as much as possible. Any other class is more suitable for objective game play.
3. Have the “desire” and “drive” to win every match.
4. Contribute to your team and adapt to any given situation to the best of your abilities.
