This is an Xbox Platoon

Here we have a motto that goes above anything else:
Teamwork over the lone wolf, and objective over kills!

From the motto alone you can tell I do not care about stats and as such stats do not decide much in this platoon. Separated we are weak, together we are strong! I firmly believe that so after going through platoons that believe splitting up with everyone going solo lone wolf is better then teamwork I finally decided to make this platoon.

The only requirement to join this platoon is a mic and a willingness to work with the team(squad) to improve our ability to win.

This platoon is setup so that everyone with be split up into squads to accomplish the goal and make communicating easier. The following are the different squads you may join within this platoon. We only require that you have our Platoon's clantag when you are playing with us during platoon events or practices, any other time it is up for you to decide. The following are the squads:

How communication in game will work, each squad will have a team leader marker by an * before and after their gamertag in the list above. Only Squad leaders will communicate out of squad unless decided otherwise for 2 squads to work together in a party chat which in that case everyone who is to be in that party chat will be informed. We focus on squads working together over the entire platoon working together at the same time.

We seek friendly and understanding members! We may talk shit at times but one must be able to get over that kind of thing or not join this Platoon.
