Well, let me tell you, after you've been shot in the face more times than you can or care to remember you manage to perfect the fine art of KnifeFace. Once you know how to do that perfectly, you never do it again and thereby manage to attain the ability to score not only several knife kills in a round, but several melee ribbons in a round.
