There is no K/D or W/L Ratio requirement, but those with higher ratios will be considered first
Must ALWAYS use a silenced weapon
The initial squad will always have 2 ASSAULT, 1 ENGINEER, and the final one is a variable
Take the game seriously but don't go drill sergeant on us, its a game.
