Icon Gaming Community is a community of gamers banded together by maturity and respect. We do not use racial slurs, derogatory statements, or the word rape as they are offensive towards others. We play by the highest level of respect for the other player, therefore we do not teabag or talk trash but we do finish it with our skills.

Now on to recruitment;
If you are reading this, that means you wanna be a beast and play with other bf3 beasts. We do have really good players but what we are looking for are people who communicate and utilize ingame equipment to further success each others squad.

We will be holding practices for all members voluntary attendance, but highly recommended.

Sundays at 9pm we will have a Branch Meeting which is required for advancement in rank, also to hear what is going on in the up coming week and anything within the community as a whole.

ICON Ranking Structure

1. All members of Icon should be promoted based on his or her participation and their ability to hold and maintain responsibilities while upholding a higher standard of maturity.

2. With rank comes responsibility and before accepting a promotion the member should be familiar with his or her rank duties and ready to fulfill them as needed.

3. To become an ICON officer he or she needs to be an active member, and show interest in becoming an officer. ex. Show up to branch meetings, Holding classes and practices, and recruiting future ICON members.


Rank guidelines and Responsibility:

ICON : Recruit - This is someone who is interested in being apart of the Icon community. This person requires participation with ICON officers to be reviewed for ICON’s Motto and level of maturity.

ICON - 1 : New Member - New member to the community, gets to know the branch members and has fun while following the motto of ICON.

ICON - 2 : Member - Knows and follows the motto of ICON, plays with ICON members and has fun with no responsibilities. Many Members will stay at this rank due to level of commitment for it is the last rank as a member before obtaining officer responsibilities.

ICON - 3 : Officer in Training - This is the first officer position. An ICON 3 is expected to be at officer meetings. An Officer in Training will be learning officer responsibilities, and how to hold classes and practices. Also will assisting members with questions and bringing branch questions to officer meetings.

ICON - 4 : Officer - Is expected to hold classes and practices, play with recruits and give their feedback. Officers are ready to take on branch duties to the Branch leaders discretion. Expected to be at officer meetings. Is also a “Servant” to the branch.

ICON - 5 : Veteran Officer - They are required to do recruiting and classes and will begin doing core officer jobs. They begin learning the speech for their next promotion.

ICON - 6 : Senior Officer - Should be learning to hold branch meetings and cycling through officer duties. This is the first rank with access to the branch tag. As and ICON-6 you are responsible for bringing in new recruits.

- NOTE: if a Sr. Officer brings in a recruit, he or she has accepted the responsibility for letting the recruit know the community policies, banned words, and making sure they are in correct uniform, have sent a friends request to the appropriate tag, and registered on the website.

ICON - 7 : Assistant Branch Leader - Assists the Branch Leader in day to day operations and holds branch meetings. Resolves any conflicts within the branch and makes sure all core officer duties are done. Is also being trained to take over a branch at anytime.

ICON - 8 : Branch Leader - Responsible for the overall activity of the branch as well as its compliance with the Motto. Is expected to hold the accountability in the documentation of such. Will ensure that the ICON-7’s are fully trained and ready to run there own branches. Will ensure that the issues within there branch will be resolved or accompany those members to higher leadership who can.

ICON - 9 : Overseer’s - Oversees the smooth operation of multiple branches. will also assist branch leaders in leadership training and will accept their reports of Motto violations. This position will report directly to advisers and founders.

ICON - Advisers - will hold leadership round tables and will report directly to founders, will communicate on the leadership tag and website moderator. will float across branch meetings and will make few leadership decisions this overall position is for consistencies and communication. ”details for this position may change at a later time.”

ICON - Administration - takes care of details for the community such as websites, sponsorships and design. these positions are not of leadership, but staff. should be highly recognized and appreciated by all.

ICON - Founder - Founders of The Icon Gaming Community . Oversees entire community, ready and willing to handle any conflict, and acts as a motivator to everyone in the community.
