This platoon was inspired do to the fact that I'm in the NJROTC or Naval Junior Rear Officer Training Corps. This program and platoon is based on the basis of Honor, Courage, and Commitment. The true valuse that everyone here will abide by. I want to further the platoon and the many values that ROTC further. So the requirements for the platoon is to know the eleven orders to the sentry and the eleven leadership principles. Along with a microphone, at least a .8 kill death ratio, and the ability to respect the chain of command. So to all of you I bid you good luck.
