An error was reported from EA Online

Note: Steps listed on this thread may not resolve all issues associated to this error.

First before trying to follow the steps listed below make sure to turn off the game (close it please), logout to Battlelog, logout your origin client and make sure that you only have one browser left opened before moving on.

Second turn off or uninstall pop-blocker on the default browser you are using to play Battlefield 3.

Third turn off and or remove any third party applications and or programs running on background like cheat engine, download manager, mp3 player, VoIP applications such as Skype, yahoo etc and...

Fourth please be very patient in following all of these steps for it might not work at all and make sure that you're following all steps and is not excited to open the game again while in the middle of troubleshooting.

Before you move on, let me ask you first, have you recently changed your password? If you did please proceed with the steps below.

1. Please open up your default browser, go to options and delete cookies, cache, passwords and forms or websites you have recetly visited.

2. Kindly go to run and type in "%temp%" and press ENTER, a folder named "Temporary Folder" or "Temp folder" will show up, delete all files inside this folder and close it (take note, highlight every files and hold SHIFT + press DELETE to forever delete all bad data or information which is causing the error you have received.

3. Click "Windows Logo" found at the bottom left most part of your screen if you are using Windows 7, then go to 'Documents' inside 'Documents' delete the folder with the name "Battlefield 3".

4. Please uninstall any third party application which is probably causing the error you have received.

5. I also suggest for you to check your firewall and anti-virus, make sure that they are not blocking the game.

6. You may also try turning off or removing the pop-up blocker on your default browser.

7. Make sure that you have administrator rights to run or when launching the game, to do this please right click the game launcher and go to "Compatibility" Tabs and make sure that the tick box under "Privilege Level" is enabled.

8. Make sure that you also have more than 20G (The higher the better) of Hard Disk Space.

9. Uninstall origin and turn of your computer, modem and router for a minute.

10. Turn on your modem, router and computer then go to origin website and download the latest "Origin Game Client" at "http://www.dm.origin.com/download [dm.origin.com] " " and then try to login to Battlelog and then resume back to playing the game again.

Oopps wait up! please contact an EA Game advisor if the steps above did not resolved the issue you have encountered, ask them to reset your password and advice them that you are doing this to resolve this issue, and then clear your cache, browsing history, saved passwords and cookies before changing your password by clicking on the link that will be sent by origin or EA from your email.

Again I cannot guarantee if these steps will work for you, however I have tried following all of them and I am now able to play the game.

Please post a message saying "IT WORKED" if it did and then please post a message saying "MORE HELP" if it doesn't help you at all.

Warning! Please do not even share information regarding about your account, why??? So you wont be hacked.

And if your thinking of using somthing to cheat the game please think again, this is probably the first reason why you encounterd this error.
