All members are to put "RR - Grade - Rank" in motto.
ie RadiantTalon's motto 'RR - 0-10 General"
Rules are follow chain of command ie general overshadows captain etc. play together with clan members to get to know them. Promotions are earned not given. also once nominated for a promotion uyou will have to be cleared by 2 officers (Warrant officer will count as an officer vote)
All new members will be placed at cadet rank until 1 week after joining, where there rank will be discussed among officers.
