INFO ABOUT OUR CLAN TO NEW AND CURRENT MEMBERS:
**We are a serious, yet laid back and enjoyable clan to play with. We get serious during clan matches and work with a Tactical gaming style designating squad leaders to command squads and enforce strict chatter laws during clan matches to maximize effectiveness of voice chat.
**In our clan we use a ranking system consisted of U.S. ARMY ranks. As a new recruit you start at Private (Pvt.) and work your way up. Best way to rank up is to get involved with the clan.. join parties frequently, refer new recruits to leaders/recruitment officers.. join up on events such as clan matches and tournaments. Any way to get involved in the clan is the easiest way to rank up. Visit www.militaryfactory.com for a full list of ranks explaining from bottom to top.
**How our ranking system is looked at:
-From Private to Specialist (Tier 1) is the NO RESPONSIBILITY Tier, meaning you have no responsibility as your rank.
-From Corporal to Sgt. Major of the Army, (Tier 2) This is the SQUAD LEADER Tier, meaning you can become a squad leader for clan matches/tournaments.
-From Warrant Officer 1 to Colonel (Tier 3) is the ADMIN Tier, You gain Admin access to All servers beginning on Warrant Officer One Rank.
-From Brigadier General to General of the Army (Tier 4) is the GENERAL/LEADER Tier. Meaning you are now the leader of the clan and can assist in top notch decision making to chose which path the clan takes
**We have inner clan tournaments as often as possible which usually, your clan leader lHl y lD lR 0 will hand out Microsoft points or some sort of reward for outstanding players. Rules will be stated the day of the clan match.
**We currently own three servers, 2 of them consist of a public gamemode, most likely some form of rush or conquest or usually mixed rush, conquest, tdm. Server 3 consists of conquest or rush.
**All servers have rules which must be followed by all gamers, even clan members. Located on the server description is the info regarding rules on our server which, if not followed, you can be kicked from the game for failure to follow the rules.
**We mostly play rush based game modes...and sometimes conquest and other types of DLC and gamemodes.
