Recruitment is open and acceptance is based and your ability to play the game, follow the chain of command within the clan, to be at all practices and match/tournament events. All new clan members go through a trail period. How long depends on you. The leaders within the clan make all decisions together and there is a majority rule. This goes for new recruits and all Clan Business. In the event of a tie vote there will be a one week rest on this issue and the matter will be brought back to the table for another vote.
