Against All Odds was founded on August 22nd, 2011, as a Battlefield: Bad Company 2 team. We made the move to Battlefield 3 upon the BF3 release date and are slowly transitioning into a multi-gaming organization. We also are currently recruiting and are actively holding tryouts! We strive to remain dedicated and loyal to the team. A positive work ethic with strong effort is definitely anticipated from the members. Members are also expected to be mature and responsible, representing the team in a professional manner at all times. Having that said, there will be zero tolerance of lying, cheating, and/or slacking. Members are to be present at practices and meetings, unless otherwise permitted considering a reasonable excuse. We especially expect the members to get along and communicate with each other positively.

The primary goal is to be successful! At the time, we simply want to become a premier BF3 team and climb to the top of GameBattles. However, there are some other important goals at hand, such as evolving into a multi-gaming organization. We aim to pick up a sponsor, or sponsors, within the near future and become a prominent gaming establishment.
