Team Bio: Founded by SiLvEr KnIgHt19, a xbox live member/player since 2008, Team Lightning was created on the same day of the most anticipated game of 2011, Battlefield 3. Coming out as one of the original clans first made, Team Lightning will be one of the most elite, fun, and exciting teams ever to roam the Battlefield 3 multiplayer servers.

Lightning, a fitting name for a team with the speed and power of lightning. We finish each game with quick decisions, teamwork, communications, coordination, and firepower. We are based on team performances, encouraging our teammates, always aiming for the top of the leaderboards, and fair gaming. Team Lightning does not believe in cheating cause that is a horrible way of winning and getting the upper hand. We want to make this a fun experience for all of the Team Lightning members but yet with a side of competitiveness in the mix to bring all types of fun and experiences that you will not forget while in our clan.

Steps into getting in Team Lightning:

1a. You must be a member and fan to be considered of join Team Lightning
1b. Add the Founders gamertag (SiLvEr KnIgHt19 and only for xbox)
2. Main Leader/ Co-Main Leader will invite you to squad.
3a. You must play 3 games with the leader and must place in the top 3 MVP 2/3 times.
3b.Very good at getting along with team OR very good at supporting.
4: The Leader will decide if he/she wants you to join.

The three strikes:

The three strikes are for people in Team Lightning that are rude to others in the team or anything that the leaders do not consider helping the team out.

The strikes are as followed:

1. Getting warned by leader of squad or founders.
2. Not getting to particpate in team events for a day.
3. Kicked off the team.

(Cheating of any kind automatically brings you into number two, and I don't even know how you would, but it will happen eventually.)
