Welcome Recruits! The H.S.R. is an organized combat simulation clan that is heavily influenced by the structure of the USMC, the best military branch on the planet. This must seem somewhat contradictory to our soviet theme ;however, our political and economical ideas are far apart from our combat strategies. We accept anyone into our clan regardless of class preference and make them into lean mean kick-ass machines. You don't have to be a 'pro' or a career gamer to play with us, all you need is the desire and cooperation to fight as a unit. We don't need to use size or skill to win our battles, because as long as we fight productively as a squad and platoon, we always prevail. You'll hear a lot as our motto that "the H.S.R. is always outnumbered, but never outmanned." And we prove that with our fighting strength. We find that strength through organization and tactics through binding our troops together into one. Once you join the clan you are considered a recruit until you complete basic training, in which you will learn valuable information on how to effectively fight with a squad through team building exercises where you will also be taught communication skills. Once you complete basic training, your rank will increase to Private first class and from there on, you progress by showing leadership potential. You will also be assigned an MOS and a regiment that you belong to. After completing basic training you have the option to enter a 'tech school' which will aim more towards sharpening your skills in a specific area, which also allows you to pursue a new MOS. For a list of Tech schools contact your company commander or battalion commander(Platoon leaders are not supplied with tech school listings). We also contain a chain of command or COC, in which you can progress your self as far as you push your self to. Rank listings are the exact same as Marine Corps ranking structure(excluding warrant officers). There may be a listing of these posted on the H.S.R. Intel updates.
