We prefer prior/currrent Army/Marine *Infantry* soldiers to recruit due to ourselves being prior 11Bs, but will accept anyone as long as they are quick to learn lingo and have proven battleworthy skills. We use Mil Jargon and talk when coordinating. Disciplined, behaved, squared away, and great attitudes is what were looking for. Very serious about winning will not accept losses!
