Starting in 1998, Sunie & Solokiller started a Half-Life and Star-Craft team under [aL] and flew up the ladder of the Star-Craft US West Server and Half-Life servers.

Team Alpha Legion had approximately 40 members worldwide at this time.

In the year 2000 Sunie and Solokiller brought the clan over to the Counter-Strike Scene. Alpha Legion started to play LAN as friends and in 2002/2003 found a Net-Lan Internet cafe and recruited a large majority of the players here. aL had entered their 1st league placing 5th. After this, Sunie travelled for Melbourne to play for StyleX for 6 months but came back in a hurry after placing in the div 2 iBiSq league.

A few years built up until 2012. aL had now entered WCG. ESWC. A lot of local leagues in South Australia are now a lot more active in 2012 and we are now looking for more leagues, more people and more fun!
