The 31st "Tomcatters" are currently transitioning.
The 31st is officially DEACTIVATED. If you have not already, thoroughly go through http://www.the1stmarineregiment.org/ and decide if you would like to transition to the 1st Marine Regiment - which several of us are in the process of doing. You must fill out an application to have a chance to be a member. In the "Why should we accept you?" portion, inform them you were previously with the 31st, in addition to your reply. Leadership of this platoon can be transferred to anyone who's willing to take care of it.
