Marsh Crockwell AKA LoG Derek Acorah, |TAG| Juggalo, BF3 he was ScaryClownTown amongst other wild & weird names died on Christmas eve in an accident, leaving Carole and 5 kids, James, Jack, Sharn, Shay and Elliot :'(

Just want to say there was no police involved in the accident, Marsh was riding to pick up a Xmas present when a
car crossed the road to get in a parking space hit him, flipping his bike and into another car..I hope the bastard
driving the 1st car is haunted by it for the rest of his rotten life!!!

Known him for a good 10 years now, talked or texted every few days, anyone who knew him knew he was a good
laugh & a good guy, always happy to help me and I tried but can remember he never had a bad word for anyone, if
he didn't like a person he just wouldn't speak to them, good guy.

Funeral:
It's with a teary eye & lump in my throat that I write this about Marsh's funeral, which was yesterday tuesday the 18th

First there was a service then onwards to a crematorium, and then onto the wake.
I got lost and followed by the police a lot !!

The funeral was very sad, obviously for the family especially as Marsh's Grandma died yesterday too.
Life can be shit.
And as I say a very sad funeral but at times I was laughing when the vicar asked us all to remind ourselves of Marsh.
Stupidly I remembered when he put up a photo of AbysMaul in |TAG| forums, Mauls pic was next to an apes pic with both of them sitting in the same pose & was captioned something like "separated at birth" because of the incredible likeness. Damn I wish I screenshotted that pic now, by the way it is not a good thing to laugh out loud at a funeral .. but I know Marsh would have laughed if I had the chance to tell him about it.

Carole, Marsh's widow, wrote a eulogoy, it was very emotional to hear. In that eulogy his old clans & me personally were mentioned (I say that because my emotions were holding up well until I heard he thought of me as a special mate then I'm not ashamed to say I blubbed like a little girl) they had some running jokes that I was Marsh's online boyfriend and that he knew lots of people but had no real friends. Now, because of the reaction to his death and amount of names we put up on the card and little plaque, she wanted us all to know it was just jokes and that they allknow he was a well known and liked guy

The cremation was terrible and good at the same, as good as it can be for a cremation but terrible for the family.
Again very emotional and for me personally I felt sad that the 1st time I was to 'meet' Marsh was at his funeral and
last time I was to see him was for him to cremated, not good guys, not good!

When I gave Carole the flowers and picture plaque she burst out crying, then cried again when she read the names, not because it was crap but because it helped her to know he meant enough to us to do that for him and that he was being thought of by people that they will never know or meet.

So, for that, I thank all of you for helping me make their grief just a little bit easier.
