These tactical positions are what makes up the Battlefield 3 platoon, Sierra 1. There are a couple of things different about Sierra 1 has that not other platoons have. The first thing will be fire teams. We will have one squad for each game mode. There will be one leader and 3 highly qualified soldiers to back that leader up to victory. To be in a squad leader, you have to show you are worthy and the founder will have to choose you by his choice. Then, from then on, when you become a leader; you will have the choice of your 3 other soldiers to back you up in your fireteam. This is only one thing that Sierra 1 provides.
