As follows.
- We are recruiting people who are 18 years old and older, or mature enough.
- We don't want people who care only about their K/D ratio.
- We are here to win and play this game how it should be, we care about 1 thing only and that is flawless victory. Even if your average game score is 0/25, every [XPnD] member has his own speciality in which he can support the clan.
- We are not looking for people who just came to play with us 1 week, we need hardcore players who will be with us for 2, 3 or more years, or whenever BF4 comes out everything will carry over :)

Our mission.
The Expendables is military realism clan that teaches you military tactics and strong tactical squad play.
We are hardcore players, but we don't force you to play when we ask. When you have things to do in real life, we understand that REAL LIFE comes first. That said here are a few things we focus on.
Specialized Training and Implementation of Real-Life Tactics
Air vehicles -
Jet Pilots - Becoming and expert on changing the course of the battlefield: coordinated air strikes, wing-man coordinated air strikes, maneuvers, aerial-reconnaissance
Helicopter Pilots & Gunners - Becoming an expert on effectively taking out ground/air targets: advanced-communication with gunner, coordinated attack/defense, maneuvers, aerial-recon..
Land vehicles -
Tanks - Becoming a supreme operator on maneuvering, spotting, effective flanking, coordinated-communication with air vehicles.
IFV - Effective assaulting, flanking, providing vehicular support for infantry.
Infantry -
Advanced Recon (Marksman and CQC)
Corpsman (Medic/Assault)
Engineer (Anti-vehicle and Repairman)
Support (Suppression and Destruction)
Ground movement (Squads and Fireteams)
