We are looking for people with the following:

1. Has and uses a mic to communicate with the squad members.
2. Play for the team win and getting objectives.
3. Follows the squad leader commands when necessary.
4. When you are a squad leader you actually lead.
5. Plays the role their class is intended to be.
6. Will change classes or equipment when the situation requires it.
7. Spot enemies and vehicles so everyone on the team can see them.
