We don't rage quit. We don't send abusive messages. We have headsets, so we chat. We chat about work, we chat about our favourite films. A few of us have children so we're a bit quiet. A bit of banter with our squad mates, but not arguments, no major criticism. We play for fun, for sh*ts and giggles not for accolades or a misplaced sense that it actually means something.
