LOOKING FOR NEW RECRUITS!
Chances are if you’re on this page it’s because you’ve played with or against a member of Great Lakes Gaming [GLG] and noticed they finished atop the leaderboard. This is because GLG recruits only the best Battlefield 3 players! Our reputation is a high one, recognized for being highly competitive and talented. We use advanced tactics and teamwork to defeat our opponents. Our main goal is to have fun, but winning, playing fair, and integrity are still important!
GLG is a gaming clan based in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. We are proud of our roots, but we are looking to branch out. That is why we are looking for not only Battlefield 3 players from the Great Lakes Basin, but players from all over the world!
If you are looking to apply, we would like to see you reach these requirements:
- Battlefield 3 is not Call of Duty! We are not looking for players that only have a high kill/death ratio. However, new applicants should strive to have a k/d of about 1.2 in order to be considered.
- GLG wants players who know how to win! We will be looking for players who have a win/loss ratio of about 1.4.
- GLG is a talented group! We will be looking for players with a skill level of about 350 because otherwise you won’t be able to keep up.
- Communication is key! A mic is required for all players so that we are able to communicate and function as a team.
Note: Special consideration may be given to players that do not meet all the requirements if they have special talents and can prove that they can contribute to the team.
Tags: Although GLG does not require people to wear the tags, it is important that we try to look uniform for eventual clan matches and just to get the word around. It will not be enforced, however, for standard play.
Alone, GLG members are game changers. Together, they are dominant! Be wary next time you step out onto the battlefield!
NOTE: The original creators of this Platoon, Bryan (broobs_11) and Kevin (sylentshooter) have been busy with school and work. The Platoon will still be active, through our second in command TehWytRabbit. Please contact her regarding information on joining the platoon.
- We will still be active from time to time, but we have moved to more casual gaming under the name KomodoGaming (MoH platoon). If you would like to join this platoon then please find us on the MoH battlelog!
