Platoon Presentation

This platoon is based out of Salt Lake County Utah and was created after I graduated from P.O.S.T.(Peace Officers Standards and Training) The name Alternate-Enforcement suggest that local law enforcement should be administrated by government Military Police due to the rise in civilian police injuries and death. Military Police are not held to the standards of Civilian Police Officers. Also the resources for Alternate-Enforcement Officers are greater, Military grade weapons, vehicles, and other equipment put AEO in an advanced position to enforce laws. Although it is based out of SLC everyone is welcome to join. We accept all but live by several standards. 1. You must have a Mic. Every round that is ever lost is due to lack of communication or no communication and we want to win every round. English is preferred obviously, this is America so we know mostly English. You don't need to know a bunch of radio jargon, but you do need to be able to effectively communicate. Also we keep our mics set to the TEAM VOIP setting in the start menu. 2. Tactics are the most effective way of reaching goals and meeting mission objectives. Running around going lone ranger are frowned upon. We need everyone preforming their job the best they can.
3. Team/Squad Work. We need everyone to preform all the time as hard as they can. People must preform their job duties! Medics need to drop Med. Packs. when summoned. Support needs to drop Ammo when called upon. Snipers should deploy Beacons effectively and not just for their benefit. Engineers who are assistant gunners should be repairing vehicles so the drivers don't have to get out and can stay on the main gun. Also everyone should be pitching ideas, and giving suggestions, but in the end team leaders should make final decisions. Team leaders should strive to complete missions objectives with out risking the lives of their squad/team mates. Men first, then the mission. 4. CALL FOR BACK UP! When team/squad mates call for back up, you drop what your doing and you go get them out of trouble! It doesn't matter if your capturing a flag, activating an MCOM, or running back to base to get a jet. If you need back up, NEVER be afraid to call or request it. There are other standards but more detail can be given during in game briefings. In the end, this platoon was created for people to have fun. That should be the main purpose of BF3. See you on the Battlefield ;)
