Requirements:

+450 SPM
+ 1.30 kd ratio
+ 1,50 W/L
and of course be an active player:P

If u dont have more than 450 spm, u need over 1,50 W/L. Kd ratio doesn't mean so much,
but it is always good to have a killer machine in your squad.
