This squad is to allow talented pilots to gain XP and to have fun. I my-self am a skilled/blessed pilot and am wanting to recruit some pilots.
There are a few rules to take in to mind:

1. Be a n00b (Jokes)
2. Be nice to other squaddies
3. Speak English and have a mic/headset
4. Be fast-paced
5. Be cool and don't hack
6. Be calm if spawn-raped, don't cry
7. Be a pilot
8. Be afraid... be very afraid
9. Have fun

As long as you stick to these rules (especially rule 8), you will have a great experience on the Battlefield.
