DECLERATION OF INTENT

*-Be a support player, win as a team, not as an individual
*-Be respectful to other team mates, officers and especially your opponent
*-Trash talking is not acceptable to your opponents when in squad formation
*-Mandatory meetings are to be responded to wether you are showing up or not
*-Warnings will be given for disrespectful behaviors and being a nuisance
**-3 strikes your out
*-Ranking system is based on the U.S. Army ranking system and is upheld by Lt. GEN Koraters

RECRUITING REQUIREMENTS

******RECRUITS MUST READ THIS BEFORE BEING ENLISTED, STROKERS NEED NOT APPLY*******

1.Have and maintain an origins account and be an active member on Battlefield.Battlelog.com

2.Have a positive attitude and open to changes in your own play

3.Playing with the platoon is your interview
Note: you will be subject to go through Lt. GEN Koraters squad tactics school

4. You will report to Recruiting Officers, they are your recruiting superiors

5. Not playing with the team for an extended period of time intentionally will result in a removal from the platoon
(Military service and family emergencies are excluded based on if they are submitted to MJG JSPRINGY)

6. If you are up for review you will be given a chance to stay in the platoon which you are responsible for reporting to MJG

7. If you quit the team for any reason without telling a surperior, do us all a favor and remove yourself from the platoon page.

8. You are required to have 420A as a clan tag and post 420A or 420th Airborne in the MOTTO section of your XBOX live profile

9. You are considered a recruit if you are interested in joining and have not COMPLIED with Section 8, once COMPLIED you are considered a Private and are available for moving up in ranks. You have 1 week to COMPLY.

OFFICER CONDUCT AND REPOSIBILITIES

1. Every Officer has a said responsibility within the Platoon. It will be posted next to each Officers rank in parenthesis.

2. Every Officer is responsible for sending thier own messages for the jobs they are responsible for per the whole Platoon on XBOX LIVE.

3. All decsisions within the Platoon will be made by the GENERALS of the Platoon.

4. Not performing assigned tasks will result in the Officers review, whether you are right for that job, could do better at another or you are not capable of performing your duties and someone else is capable and willing to perform said duties.
