This part is exactly how its stated. We are try hards that practice to get ready for the up and comming tournaments especially the BF3 WorldWide Conquest tournament. Believing it to be some time in 2012 we need players that are nothing but try hards with mics,over 18 is great but i will take people atleast 15 no one younger. for 15-17 we can try for prize instead of cash tournaments so you all have a chance. we are believing this one though will either be squad 4v4 rush or 12v12 rush. eitherway we need skilled players. and no point in flamming us on being try hards idc because we will be the ones who will win this tournament.

requirements will be
15 years or older
a headset to communicate
Time to spend in training for tournaments
K/D ratio of 1.4 or higher(note can change if proven really good)
a skill level of 250 or more.

Also try outs might be a must depending how big this platoon is. i cant send everyone to the tournament at once. only be a select few that know will do good because i wont be spending my money on a waste. if you have a squad or made one from players that arent in you can if you would like to represent us as well. again looking for 12 players atleast or more and then we can start the practicing. hell ill even practice once i get 3 more squad members. again if you want to win this 1.6m dollar tournament and know you will try hard to win it this place is for you.
