MasterMind is a simple project to make it easier for people to have more enjoyable games by grouping together decent players. If you have above average common sense and fine stats, then you are able to be an amazing asset to a team, even without having a mic. Having a mic and communicating is extremely important and wins battles, but sometimes, you just want to play without having to communicate which is fine.

There is no obligation to stay with this platoon, no need to change clan tags, no need to join parties if you don't want, no need to have a mic, no need to plug in your mic and talk if you don't want. Just play hard and have a good time being a part of a great team.

As far as communicating, it is valuable to a team that a player is able to give advice and set an example, and/or to receive advice and follow direction, etc. Knowledge of BF3, tactics, and strategy are largely smiled upon, and senselessness is frowned upon.

Your performance in your BF3 career should be reflected in your stats, there is no need to prove anything or stress out about the game; A clear mind is more useful than a foggy one. Realize, though, that stats aren't the most important thing when evaluating one self. Adaptability and good decision making skills are key.
