tBHc is more of a club than a competitive clan. Its purpose is to culminate not only the best recon players, but the best marksman of Battlefield 3. Members are welcome and encouraged to share their various tactics and techniques of being a top marksman through their experience.

Requirements for application (and reasons why):

+15 Recon Service Stars or more (shows a dedication to the class)
+30 Service Stars or more with any sniper rifle (shows an intimate level of knowledge of the rifle's operation and specs)
+Over 60% Headshot accuracy with previously-said sniper rifle (This is the most important requirement, and shows the marksman's ability to land one-hit kills the majority of the time... BOOM! HEADSHOT)

Additional requirements for a leadership position:

+30 Recon Service Stars or more
+60 Service Stars or more with any sniper rifle
+Over 80% Headshot accuracy with previously-said sniper rifle

As already mentioned, this is less of a clan and more of a meeting ground for extremely talented marksman to converse about their craft. No member needs to change their clan tag and tBHc will not conflict with any current clan affiliations a member might have.
