A FEW SIMPLE RULES TO JOIN:

1. You must have a mic.
2. You must play with us fairly frequently.
3. You cannot be labeled a douche by any of our generals.
4. You must have some concept of how to play the game.
5. You must NEVER, under any circumstances, let the enemy gain control of your vehicle. If you must, destroy your vehicle, -after getting out of it- so it cannot be used against fellow team mates.
6. The last rule, finally. If this is your first battle with TACTICAL SQUAD: YOU MUST TAKE A SANDWICH!!!

Squad Mission: Intelligence, Soflam Designation, Spawn Beacons. Silent kills, "impossible-to-capture" base taking. Sniper kills, silent death. Getting behind enemy lines without firing a shot and holding a base until support arrives.

Squad Mission: Base Defense, Base reinforcement. Suppression, ammunition, support. Heavy firepower and brute force. This squad is similar to Bear Squad but focuses less on tactics but more on overwhelming bullets downrange and raw explosive destruction.

The units may become more specialized when personnel increase in number to fill the billets, but until then this is a rough breakdown.

(Clarification)

Just because you are in a certain squad, (I.E. Eagle Squad) doesn't mean you will be required to always be in the air/jet/heli. It's simply a way of knowing what you and your squad-mate's primary focus should be. We may be in a match that has no vehicles, in that event you'd simply back up a squad with a primary focus in ground combat, etc. Caveat: if you are in Eagle Squad, I expect that when we play a map with air support, such as Operation Firestorm, you rain fire on the enemies asses and destroy them in Air Combat!!!

This is just an example and clarification. Excel in your squad focus, but don't forget our overall purpose is to have fun....and WIN while doing so.


The generals of the platoon will pick -2- squads to identify themselves with. What I mean by this is: A general will fill in for any gaps during any clan games of the two squads in which he has chosen. So for example if Eagle squad has 3 members online, but Gator squad has 4 members online then Eagle squad leader will temporarily be in command of whichever general has chosen Eagle squad as their identifying squad. When a general is filling in for a squad member of their identifying squad, then that general will be their complete subordinate; Eagle squad leader is Detr so if I (havoc) chose Eagle squad as my identification, then for the remainder of the game Detr would be my commander.
