Platoon Presentation

Discription:
This platoon is meant to be a fun thing, i don't want to get on battlelog and see arguing amongst members or pagans or anybody outside of our boundries, trust me when i say i've had enough bullshit to deal with and im not having it. This platoon is basically 99% religous terms and sayings but im not really religious at all, i just think the ranking names would be badass. As far as members go recruit people because i personally don't care for stats., just want to have alot of people in here, but i will have special forces and more branches when we get more people for those that are more commited and more eager to get things done so if your interested apply and takee the pilgrimage. Also, about the punishment things going on, yes im dead serious about that, im usually chill though and i'll make sure i pick a chill Acolyte to avoid problems so good luck out there guys/girls.

Sacred pilgrimage taken by all new members:
I am a disciple, I am death, I settle for victory, Nothing less, I am their escort, I will send them to hell, down to the 7th circle, Is where they'll dwell.

Rules and Regulations:
1:Take oath and apply
2:Wear the crest
3:Be commited to your goals
4:No drama
5:Commit to rank and job, if you get promoted to a high ranking job, say the Heratic commit to it, don't complain its too hard and leave.
6:Respect members and other people
7:No complaining about platoon rules or commitment
8:Be understanding, if you didn't get that promotion you wanted because you are underqualified or not commited enough please don't leave
9:I don't expect you to be on battlefield 24/7, i do expect you however to follow the rules of DoD no matter what game you choose to play.

Ranks and Jobs:
1:Disciple-recruits
2:Templar-Squad leader
3:Bishop-Branch leader
4:Heretic-3rd in command
5:Deity-2nd in command
6:Occult-counsel that makes descisions-3 members
7:Oracle-occult leader, messanger to the platoon
8:Acolyte-Handles recruits, promotions and discipline to other members depending on crime
9:Pagan-allies to us
10:Martyr-a punishment rank, individual becomes expendable and will be amongst the first in battle, also is unable to participate in clan battles

Achieving Rank Step by step:
The Acolyte handles recruitment based on the leadership skills of the individual. A test will be admitted to the individual after he has contacted the Acolyte about the test and has scheduled a test date and time. If the individual fails to show up without a warning the Acolyte will decide if said individual will be suspended from testing or if it should be re-scheduled.

Clan battles:
Anybody willing to cross blades with us will have to consult me about it. The occult will decide if the battle will be right, decide a date and time, who will go to it, and what map we would pick. The Oracle will have the final say and report to me with a reason to fight or run.

Punishments:
If rules are broken, individuals doing the wrong will be dealt with accordingly. The Acolyte will handle the individual according to how many rules are broken. It will then be put into one of 4 types of punishments.
Type 1: 1-4 rules broken: reminder of rule broken, subject to leadership test suspension, becomes a martyr
Type 2: 4-6 rules broken: demotion/rank re-evaluation, moved to black-list, subject to all Type 1 punishments
Type 3: 6-8 rules broken: instant demotion, membership re-evaluattion, subject to all Type 2 punishments
Type 4: all 9 rules broken: instant exportation of said individual, no questions asked

Recruiting:
Any member of DoD may recruit a person if they feel that person is dedicated enough to comply with orders and follow the rules. All new recruits will take pilgrimage while being interviewed by a rank of Bishop or higher. The Acolyte will then decide what branch the individual is deemed fit for service in.
