Thank you for your interest in joining [POGI]!


Firstly, no headset mic, no recruitment.


Please communicate with any of our admins/members or add any one of us as friends if you wish to be part of the team. Clicking the "Apply to Join" button directly without doing so will be ignored.


We expect recruits to be in our BF3 [POGI] and Teamspeak 3 servers as often as they can. As a recruit, be on Teamspeak 3 all the time, because everyone needs to get to know you.

This recruitment process will run for four weeks, no more extensions. During this time you will be observed and evaluated.


Recruits will be voted on by the most active [POGI] players that have seen or played with you, including the [POGI] admins and the squad leaders.


Your goal is NOT to get five (5) no-go votes within four weeks. If you get five (5) no-go votes, recruitment will no longer continue. Only when every active member has already voted and you did not get five (5) no-go votes is when you are going to become and full-pledged member and would be allowed to carry the [POGI] clan tag.


As recruits, please use the clan tag [pogi] (lower caps) so everyone can recognize in game whether you are a recruit or a full-pledged member.

If you have skills that the clan can benefit from, you should be volunteering them.

Please don't apply under one name and come into Teamspeak 3 under another one. Pick one and stay with it through the recruitment process. It eases confusion and gets applications done faster.


Teamspeak 3 requirements for recruits:

1. a headset mic is a must-have for every one
2. decent internet connection
3. Facebook account - for team announcements and advisories , file sharing, and other things.
