This is the platoon for the players that are improving and will become good enough to get in the full clan.

Promotion information:
to join you must meet these requirements unless we say otherwise

-minimum k/d 1
-minimum w/l 1 this doesn't hugely matter
-minimum spm 300 (you may be asked to improve on this after joining)
-should be relatively good in vehicles (we are looking for good jet pilots)

Other information
-we regularly play normal instead of hardcore
-the platoon is split into squads of 4, in the ace squad is the best players at that time, if you are not in the ace squad you will be put in the 2nd or 3rd squad and will be called upon to play if needed. (you can work your way up the squads by playing better)
-we are now able to do scrims on our server
-if you haven't scrimmaged and you do play in a scrimmage we will make our best attempt to get an regular player/ leader in your squad to give you some guidance.
-are allowed to be in other platoons but if you play in scrimmages your clan tag must be CATz

Requirements that should be meet for future platoon members.

-speaks good English
-a acceptable microphone
-plays on XBOX not ps3 or pc
-works as a team and PTFO
-minimum age 14

-The evaluation process is not a single match, it will take place over and number of games and days, You will play with the platoon members and will speak to us in xbox live party's, because we care far more about what you are like than your stats. With in a short amount of time the leaders will come to a decision on whether to let you in.

Possible outcomes:
>Let in to the full platoon with no problems
>kicked from the subclan because we did not enjoy you attitude or behaviour
>kept in the subclan because of low stats, (we will help you improve them to an acceptable level)
>kept in the subclan because of non gaming issuses, such as the lack of a mic (we do not allow kinect mics during gameplay)-if you fall in to this category you will be asked to purchase the required equipment
