If you didn't already know, Base 16 is also called Hex or Hexadecimal. The ranking within the platoon goes by a system based on hex. There are 15 total ranks. 1 - 9 is just the numbers 1 - 9 . Ranks 10 - 15 are corresponded by the Letters A - F, A being rank 10 and F being rank 15. Right now you are all recruits, so you have no ranking. If you are graduated into the Pro sector you will be given an initial rank of F. Me and the members of the Elite Sector will vote you into the Pro sector by Unanimous. If special cases arise, you can be graduated by majority vote, but only under special circumstances. So, welcome to the Fighting 16's and go show everyone what your made of!!!
