In rush if you're attacking you need 1 or 2 to Recon, 2 support, 2-3 engineer and the rest medic. the recons and support need to get into good positions where they can over look the charges suppress the enemy and stop people from disarming the charge, The engineers need to keep they're eyes open for vehicles while the medics rush the charge and revive one another. if this is done properly you will win.
