Be sure to add all the other members on Battlelog and on PSN so that no [ES] is alone on the battlefield. And when there are more members than spots in a single squad be sure that your VOIP is on TEAM(directions for this under the How To headline at the bottom of the presentation) so that we can all still communicate.

_______________MISC. DETAILS_______________
The clan colors are Blue , Silver & Orange.
The official clan uniform is Spec ops black camo.

_______________HOW TO______________
Set your clan tag... once signed into Battlelog click your user name in the upper right-hand corner of the page, click edit profile, under soldier settings enter [ES] for the clan tag.

Switch VOIP to TEAM.... while in a match go to Squad and Team menu either by pressing triangle while in the respawn menu or by scrolling down to Squad and Team in the pause menu. Once in the Squad and Team menu scroll down to VOIP which is automatically set on SQUAD and set it to TEAM. Any other players on your team that have done this can now communicate with each other.

What kind of soldiers you need in a squad.
1: MEDIC
You would need 2 medics per squad just in case one gets downed.
2: SUPPORT GUNNER..
To lay supressive fire on the enemie and provide ammo for the team.
3: SNIPER.
To spot enemies for the team and to watch our backs!!
