NEW MEMBERS:

1.Applicants shall be subject to a 24 hour probationary period during which time they will be screened.
2. Any applicant who receives a strike will not be allowed to pass their probationary period, resulting in a ban from the clan and clan membership being denied. If denied applicants must wait a full 30 days to reapply.
3. Upon successful completion of the 24 hour probationary period, new members shall be granted full membership, and a rank.
4. Any applicant who knowingly provides false information on their application shall not be allowed to pass their probationary period, resulting in a ban from the clan with membership being denied.

GENERAL PROCEDURES

1. Be active.
Dolphin Divers are a competitive clan. We don't expect you to be here all the time, and we understand everyone has a real life.
2. Sportsmanship
This is important to staying in the clan. We don't like to have jerks or negative players here, and we are not afraid to kick them and remove them from the clan. When you talk to others be friendly and have a respectful manner. When in-game say 'good game' and offer friendly conversation to other players. Show others that you respect other's opintions, and maybe offer a complement. Finding the good in others can help you become a more friendly person--and more people will want to be with you. That being said, if you are a jerk, then don't expect anyone to be nice to you.
3. Be willing to learn and train.
Here at Dolphin Divers teamwork and communication is important. To get better, you need to have an attitude willing to learn from other experienced members, and to train together at least once a month. The more you allow yourself to learn and train, the better team-player you will become when it comes to clan-wars. We value having fun and doing our best at clan-wars, and learning and training together with the clan is what allows us to connect and help each other get better. That my friend, is teamwork.
4. No multi-clanning or Clan-Hopping.
This one is obvious. If we ever find out your multi-clanning, or are known to hop from clan to clan with little loyalty, you'll be kicked and punished severely. If we catch you being a multi-clanner or clan-hopper in your application, you probably won't even be accepted.
5. Take initiative. Participate in the community.
The Dolphin Divers will always be a place for change and fun. You can get more fun out of being in the clan by participating and connecting with clan-members outside the game. Chat about sports, funny videos on the forums. Share strategies, tactics, maps, and ideas for clan-wars on the forums. Make graphics art, signatures, banners, and pictures to enhance the forum and clan image. Relax and just chat and get to know other members of the clan. Be friendly and share new ideas you think can benefit the clan. How much fun you have in this clan depends on how much effort and energy you put into it. Participate and get involved. Even just chatting on the forums once a week will get you more fun than just remaining silent.

REGULATIONS

1.All members of Dolphin Divers including Admins shall act in a mature manner at all times. Any member who does not act in a mature manner is subject to strike by a Admin.
2.Any member of who discriminates against another member based on sex, age, race, religion, or sexual orientation shall be subject to an automatic strike or ban by a Admin without warning or exception.
3.No member of shall recruit, attempt to recruit, or communicate for the purposes of recruiting any other member of Dolphin Divers for any other organisation or organised group. Any member caught recruiting from Dolphin Divers without prior permission from a Admin shall be automatically and without warning permanently banned from Dolphin Divers with any and all rights, rank, and privileges being revoked.
4.Important decisions which affect the Dolphin Divers as whole shall not be made by one Admin alone. As a democratic clan a vote shall be taken to ensure that all members are heard.

STRIKE SYSTEM

1.Offences against the clan shall be dealt with using the “3 Strike System”. Any time a member commits an offence against the clan by violating any of the rules and regulations they shall be subject to a strike by a Admin.
2.Any member of Dolphin Divers who has been issued 3 strikes shall be permanently banned from the clan with any and all rights, rank, and privileges being revoked.
3.In certain cases an offence may found to be so severe as to warrant by-passing the “3 Strike System”. In such a case the offending member may be permanently banned without first receiving any strikes. This is at the sole discretion of the Admins.

3 Strike Examples

i. Abusive or prejudicial language = 1 strike
ii. Causing a disruption in a private game/event = 1 strike
iii. cheating of any kind.
iii. Being a member of another clan/team other than Dolphin Divers.
iv. Knowingly giving false/deceptive information on your profile/application.
v. Discrimination of any kind. (race, sex, religion, ect.)
vi. Recruiting or attempting to recruit an Dolphin member.


By joining the clan you automatically agree to uphold these rules for as long as you are a member.
