Search and Destroy: 4 vs 4 with no respawn so stealthy play styles are a must along with very good communication. 1 squad vs another with 1 Assault, 1 engineer, 1 Support and 1 Recon.
Assault's job is to provide cover if a close range battle presents itself, and to revive fallen squad mates. M320 or smoke is also a good tool to use.
Engineer's job is to use the RPG to eliminate the enemies cover as well as scouting up ahead with the EOD bot.
Support's job is to obviously resupply squad mates and to set up a bipod+LMG to cover the rest of his squad. C4 can also be used to create traps or ambushes.
Recon's job likely the most important; to look out and spot the other squad before they spot you, either with a high power scope or with the MAV.
________________________________________________________________________________________
To succeed in SnD you must use lots of communication and team play, stay away from flags so the enemy doesnt know your position and set up traps or ambushes with C4. Use radio beacons as bait (beeping noise may attract the enemy). Best played in Hardcore with no map.
Secondary mode: Another variation is with a squad of 4 vs a single tank with a crew of 3. The squad must use even more stealth and work together to bait the tank into a c4 trap, to a pile of mines or to an open area when the squad can attack with RPG's or Javelins.
