OBEY Platoon
"Victory through leadership, team work and strategy!"
OBEY Platoon (OP) was created specifically for PS3/4 gamers who have/had a deep appreciation for BF3/4. OP operates on a simple and clearly defined chain of command, with the overall goal of being a reliable and effective fighting force any time, any where. To achieve that OP continually pursues a deep understanding of the maps, kits, vehicles and all other elements of BF3/4.
Things that make a good soldier...
1) Confidence: You must be confident in your ability. Be calm and focus. If you never make a mistake you will never learn.
2) Team Work: It isn't about how many kills you get or what your score ends up being. It's about what you add to the team. Thinking for the team instead of yourself is vital.
3) Adaptability: Being able to adapt to a given situation is also vital.
4) Leadership: It's number 4 because the other three must be fully developed before one can be a good leader.
Things that make a good leader...
1) Staying Calm: It is your job to remain calm and confident regardless of the situation. Doing so will raise the morale of your squad.
2) Don't Condemn or Criticize a lot: Yelling at your squad doesn't really do much but get them to think your a jerk. After all this is not real war, it's a game.
3) Being Helpful: Help your team mates. Doing so will breed team work, fun and an "espirit de corp".
