Welcome to The Official Battlefield 3 Platoon of the Falcon Gaming Community!
*Status: Recruiting Players | Recruiting Squad Leaders*
There is a some criteria you will have to meet before applying to join the platoon
-You need to be mature
-You need to be motivated to work as a member of our team and not as an individual.
-You need to have a mic and TeamSpeak 3.
-You need to be willing to get along with other members of the platoon.
*Important* You must add Leader Zharakov first to your friendlist before joining the platoon so that he can Inform you about the Rules and Regulations of the Clan.
So you guys might be wondering what this clan will hope to achieve, here's the list!
-To grow and become a competitive and team based platoon!
-To ensure everyone has Fun!
-To teach skills that can not only be applied in Battlefield 3 but also in other games.
-To Enhance everyone's Teamwork and Communication Skills.

*It is a Must that all players Be online in TeamSpeak 3 whenever they play Battlefield 3 Failure to do so may result in getting Kicked if said member is told to do so after multiple warnings*
*Ranks*
The members of the clan can be categorized by their level of authority and control over clan members and clan affairs. All members are encouraged to respect and obey superiors. Dedicated and disciplined members will be identified and given more authority by promotions over time. (Ranks are given in Teamspeak)
Commander - The Leader(s), they have absolute power and they coordinate everything from recruitment, tactical planning.
Officer - The players that report to the Commander(s) and make sure every other member receives instructions. They are given the authority to make decisions on behalf of the Commander. They may also be involved in recruitment and clan management.
Captain - The most trusted and skilled layers in the clan, capable of holding their own weight including that of their subordinates.
Specialist - Skilled, trusted and devoted members of the clan that make up the "core" team. Often handpicked by Captains to take part in special operations that have been initiated by Officers or Commanders.
Private - Members of this rank are officially made a part of the clan and have more access within the clan than recruits.
Recruit - The default rank for ordinary members, they are not encouraged to make decisions independently on behalf of the clan and should work towards proving their worth in the clan.

Rules and Regulations
In addition to the server rules you must abide by the rules listed below.
1. Follow The Rules, breaking them will result in penalization of the violator.
2. Respect All Platoon Members
3. Excessive racism is not allowed
4. Do not annoy other platoon members
5. Respect any players rights
6. Report any violators to a platoon leader.
7. Obey orders given by clan members of higher rank or respectfully deny.
8. Take it easy, we are here to have fun!
9. Excessive spamming and swearing is not allowed
10. Goofing around needs to be controlled
11. Assist players in need
12. Do not teach players not In the clan, clan exclusive tactics
13. Do not abuse power and represent the clan with dignity!
14. Do not share TS password with anybody except clan members without permission of Superiors during Scrims
15. Wear the platoon tag at all times.
