- must have less than 1 service star awarded for Stinger and Igla. Existing members will be buggered then excommunicated if this milestone is reached.

- must be able to resist the need to baserape or play in noob servers that ban Stiglas. If the entire enemy team isn't running with Stiglas YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG.
