Members of this group must take an oath to devote themselves to stopping all boats in bf4 in all forms, even if this requires using a boat themselves. When on Boat Patrol, members will relentlessly hunt down Patrol Boats in any map they play on that features these vehicles. RHIB Boats, although more amusing than threatening are also a target, albeit a secondary one, to be engaged when there are no enemy Patrol Boats on the field or at opportunity, providing that engaging them does not materially detract from the Boat Stopper's ability to engage and destroy Patrol Boats, the primary target.

On Storm, members must always play the following way: imagine you are the Australian navy, the islands are mainland Australia, and the enemy boats are asylum seekers. These asylum seekers are desperate to get to the mainland and get the aussie dole; so desperate in fact, that they are heavily armed and willing to fight their way through any opposition. It is your task to destroy the boats, gun down the children overboard and ensure not one single asylum seeking foot steps onto the beaches of our glorious homeland.

Members also commit to, when possible, stopping boats IRL, for example preventing people from using boat ramps down at popular fishing spots to deploy their boats. It goes without saying that members must be absolutely opposed to asylum seekers, to immigrants who come to Australia by boat and be unfavourably disposed towards immigrants in general, regardless of how they arrive. All immigrants have the stench of boats, even those who arrive by those air-travelling boats with wings deceptively labelled "aeroplanes". Stop the boats.
